About the role
The Aussie Homes GTM covers both our Buyer’s Agent and Real Estate Agent Services propositions. In this role, you’ll support the Growth Product Manager to strengthen and optimise both offerings, ensuring they are positioned for maximum impact.
In this role, you'll be a key partner to the Growth Product Manager, leading the go-to-market strategy and bringing the Aussie Homes story to life across both buyer and agent audiences. Your time will be split roughly 50/50 across the Buyer’s Agent and Agent Services propositions, giving you ownership, visibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact on growth.

Job Description
Strategic & GTM Leadership
- Own the end-to-end Aussie Homes marketing plan across Buyer’s Agent and Real Estate Agent audiences.
- Define positioning, messaging, and campaign priorities to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Lead GTM coordination across the growth team to ensure cohesive and high-impact execution.
Content & Campaign Creation
- Produce high-quality, conversion-focused content across email, social, website, webinars, collateral, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with our content writing team to shape blog topics and thought leadership.
- Work closely with our internal studio and audience teams to deliver on-brand creative that cuts through.
Channel & Partner Marketing
- Own trade marketing strategy and activation across property partners, real estate agents, referral partners, and industry events.
- Develop assets and execute end-to-end campaigns that elevate our presence and drive lead generation.
Market & Performance Insights
- Stay across industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in marketing with hands-on GTM, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in real estate, property, or financial services (highly desirable).
- Experience in trade or channel marketing, particularly supporting agent networks or partner ecosystems.
- Skilled across Canva, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent), and Google Analytics.
- Ability to translate commercial goals into marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and growth.
- Comfortable working across product, sales, creative, and partnerships to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to pull insights that guide smarter decisions.
