Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to partner closely with internal business units, creative agencies, and platform owners to deliver seamless, personalised, omni-channel customer journeys.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys driving execution excellence, enabling marketing teams, and working hands-on with leading MarTech platforms such as Braze, Adobe AEM, and Adobe Target.
Key Scope:
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for creative agencies to ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment to campaign goals.
- Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, asset specifications, and work schedules to guide agency partners.
- Facilitate internal alignment across BU stakeholders, MXP, and platform owners to ensure smooth workflow and approvals.
Campaign Execution & Operations
- Support MXP in setting up and activating campaigns in Braze, including audience targeting, content setup, channel configuration, and QA.
- Manage creative adaptations and content variations, including personalisation segments.
- Provide copywriting support for email, push notifications, and in-app messages when required.
MarTech & Platform Support
- Work closely with platform owners to ensure campaign requirements align with Braze, AEM, and Adobe Target capabilities.
- Support tagging, content mapping, and asset updates within Adobe Experience Manager for upcoming campaigns.
- Assist in managing the operational flow between AEM, Adobe Target, and Braze to maintain campaign readiness.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all campaigns meet timelines, accuracy standards, and brand guidelines.
- Proactively identify operational risks or bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues early.
- Maintain documentation on campaign processes, asset naming conventions, workflows, and best practices.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations and or MarTech function.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, or Braze (experience across multiple platforms is highly advantageous).
- Working knowledge of CRM, email or push marketing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Good copywriting ability and an eye for creative/visual detail.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Annual salary range about 78k per annum (including bonus)
- 5 days' work week
