About the Opportunity - VP, Growth Marketing
- This leader will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for their function, directly influencing pipeline, revenue growth, and how the company shows up in the market.
- They will shape and scale high-impact programs - from go-to-market motions to brand, performance, customer lifecycle, or communications initiatives that drive measurable outcomes for the business.
- They will operate as both strategist and operato r, expected to build frameworks, improve processes, and execute with rigor in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Lead strategic planning, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization within their function (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand, communications).
- Build and execute cross-channel programs and GTM initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, RevOps, and other marketing teams.
- Drive insights through data, analytics, experimentation, and continuous improvement frameworks. Influence executive decision-making by translating data, customer insight, and market trends into recommendations and action plans.
- Manage people, agencies, and budgets to maximize efficiency and deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.

The team is made up of high-caliber specialists and leaders across Growth, Product Marketing, Brand/Comms, and Operations who work closely with Sales and Product to deliver unified GTM outcomes.
