Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Operations Partner to join our Residential Leasing team.
In this position, the Marketing Operations Partner will guide the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives, shaping the direction of key digital programs across channels such as Google search and display, Facebook/Instagram, and RentSync. This role will oversee the planning, optimization, and performance of advertising efforts, ensuring that ad copy, creative assets, and campaign strategies are aligned with broader business objectives and consistently driving measurable growth.
Additionally, the Marketing Operations Partner will oversee the ongoing management and performance of our residential websites, ensuring an intuitive user experience and strong lead generation outcomes. This role will apply creative and strategic capabilities to produce compelling brochures, templates, and other marketing materials that support property objectives. It offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and visibility of our residential portfolio while building positive, productive relationships with tenants and vendors. The successful candidate will also travel to Calgary and Edmonton as needed to support residential marketing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to Calgary or Edmonton as required to support residential marketing objectives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for residential properties, with emphasis on high-performing digital advertising channels including Google search and display, Facebook/Instagram, and RentSync campaign copy and creative.
- Oversee and maintain all residential websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, accurate content, and strong, measurable lead-generation performance.
- Produce high-quality brochures, templates, and collateral that support brand standards and property marketing requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and apply a data-driven approach to ongoing optimization, incorporating insights from A/B testing and platform analytics.
- Support marketing launch activities by contributing to the development and deployment of new campaign assets across paid search, YouTube, display, and other relevant ad platforms.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for stabilized marketing efforts, including performance insights, strategic adjustments, and new content development to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage RentSync platform updates and deliver timely reporting regarding CRM and marketing analytics.
- Oversee social media activity across all residential assets, including scheduling, creative development, copywriting, and account monitoring.
- Execute additional assignments as required to support marketing operations.
- Strong communication, accountability, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude are essential to performing effectively in this role and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential marketing.
- Has 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition marketing running Paid Search, and/or Display campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.
- Strong tactical knowledge in all social media channels (specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, and YouTube)
- Graphic design experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong time management skills and adaptability.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 license and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel to Edmonton occasionally.
