We're looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Partner join our Marketing tīma (team) for a fixed term period of 10 months. This role is responsible for leading a team that uses customer insights to design and deliver distinctive marketing strategies and programmes that increase consideration for BNZ and grow market share!

We sat down with our Head of Marketing (who you'd report to), and she let us know the following about the role.
What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Lead a team that collaborates with teams across the bank to gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs, life/financial stages and pain points.
- Design marketing strategies that contribute to our overall plan – ensuring plans are informed by customer insights and meet business objectives.
- Oversee the development and delivery of marketing programmes for your portfolio. Lead the strategic plan and work with agency partners and your team on continuous improvement of the quality of our communications, creative ideas and channel strategies.
- Maintain a strong team culture which fosters collaboration with colleagues and partners, nurtures talent and encourages experimentation

What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
This role will be suited to someone who is a real self-starter and has confidence in juggling multiple priorities. You’ll be required to build strong working relationships across the organisation and be a passionate customer advocate.
You will also have:
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing in a large and complex environment.
- Experience working with external agencies and suppliers to deliver integrated and effective marketing communications.
- Exceptional organisation and project management skills
