All about the role:
As the PR & Influencer Marketing Manager for the Nordics, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our influencer and creator marketing strategy, with a strong focus on social media, content creators, and user-generated content (UGC). At the same time, you will manage and develop our PR activities, ensuring that earned media and media relations remain an integrated and impactful part of our overall communications approach across all Nordic markets.
You’ll be responsible for shaping our influencer marketing strategy – working closely with agencies and local teams to build long-term creator relationships, drive impactful campaigns, and integrate influencer content throughout the consumer journey.
As PR & Influencer Marketing Manager it´s your responsibility to decide where we play and where we are visible. A big success factor in the role will be how we perform in tests and awards. To succeed we want you to be proactive and work systematically to build up a structure that makes sure we don´t miss out on opportunities and that we perform well where we show up. To achieve this, we see that you have a great network and that you keep up with trends and what´s going on in the media.
As PR & Influencer Marketing Manager you’ll be the one who identifies and selects the influencers we collaborate with—owning and nurturing those relationships to create impactful partnerships.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop collaborations with influencers, creators, and user generated content to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and business impact.
- Proactively lead the Nordic PR agenda across product, category, brand, and employer branding.
- Build and maintain a strong network in the Nordics, especially Sweden, among both media and influencers within our industry as well as lifestyle.
- Develop and execute annual PR plans, product launch activations, and media engagement activities.
- Act as press contact and manage media events to support brand communication.
- Ensure influencer and creator marketing is integrated into all marketing activities and campaigns.
- Set and follow up on KPIs related to reach, engagement, earned media, and sales.
- Manage and develop relationships with agencies within influencer marketing, social media, and PR.
- Monitor trends and insights to ensure communication remains relevant and consumer-focused.
- Ensure alignment with Nordic marketing and central/global communications teams.
- Own "Test & Awards" strategy, execute and follow-up.
- Identify trends and insights to ensure communications stay relevant and consumer-focused.
Who you are:
- 5+ years in PR and influencer marketing, ideally within consumer brands.
- Proven experience leading influencer strategy and campaign execution.
- Strong agency management and project leadership skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Great network and social skills.
