Overview: We’re hiring a Vice President of Brand Marketing at Paramount Home Entertainment!

The VP will own the development and execution of marketing strategies across Paramount’s portfolio, including new release films, TV series, and catalog content. This role drives consumer engagement, grows revenue, and strengthens brand equity across digital platforms. We work together across teams, with external partners, and senior leadership to plan and launch campaigns that expand reach and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for new release films, TV series, and catalog titles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets
Track emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide campaign planning and product positioning
Oversee multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and manage integrated campaigns across media, social, publicity, and retail to maintain consistent brand messaging
Partner with Sales and Account Planning to optimize go-to-market strategies and work with regional teams to adapt global campaigns locally
Monitor campaign performance and ROI, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve results
Lead and mentor the brand team, encouraging accountability, collaboration, and professional growth

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Film, or related field, plus 10+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in entertainment, media, or digital retail
Shown success developing and executing marketing campaigns for film and television content

Strategic, data-driven thinker with analytical skills and a focus on consumer engagement
Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments
Solid understanding of retail landscape and strategies

Additional Information

Hiring Salary Range: $175,000.00 - 200,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
