Job Overview:
Hisense USA is seeking an experienced and passionate Integrated Marketing Manager (Brand and Product) to help build the next great technology brand across North America. This individual will lead the development and execution of insight-driven, integrated marketing strategies that elevate the Hisense brand and product portfolio across consumer electronics and home appliances in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
This role focuses on both brand and product marketing for Hisense’s North American business. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, a passion for breakthrough marketing, and a proven ability to manage all phases of integrated marketing—from strategy to execution. This is an individual contributor role with access to agency and vendor support, and it offers high visibility with senior leadership, requiring exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives for Hisense’s North American consumer electronics and home appliance portfolio, including new product introductions (NPI) and campaign launches.
- Own and execute consumer messaging strategy and tactical plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results across U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
- Direct advertising, media, and social agency partners with real-time strategy, creative input, and performance KPIs.
- Develop and implement long-term brand positioning, activated through short-term campaigns and product launches.
- Build and manage co-marketing programs with retail and channel partners across North America.
- Oversee creative development and content production for campaigns and always-on brand activities.
- Deliver integrated marketing communications across all consumer touchpoints: advertising, digital, in-store, CRM, promotions, and more.
- Ensure all campaigns are grounded in consumer insights and aligned with category and competitive dynamics in each market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and cohesion across all brand and product communications.
- Manage external agency resources, setting clear KPIs and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Serve as lead project manager, driving timelines and execution across internal and external teams.
- Support the Sr. Brand Director in deploying and optimizing Hisense’s content and campaign strategy across North America.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare dashboards and reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on both brand and product marketing (brand-side, agency-side, or a combination).
- Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape, with expertise in digital and social marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and creative production workflows.
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform strategy and measure success.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing agency partners and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working across diverse markets in North America is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics and home appliance categories is a plus.
