Job Description

Positioning & Messaging

Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions for healthcare audiences.
Adapt messaging to different buyer personas and stages of the funnel.

Product Launch & GTM Support

Support product launches, feature releases, and cross-product initiatives.
Align product messaging to broader GTM strategy.

Sales & Customer Enablement

Equip Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success with messaging, talking points, competitive insights, and enablement assets.
Create one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, email sequences, and web copy.

Insights & Performance

Gather customer insights and usage trends to inform messaging decisions.
Partner with Demand Gen to ensure messaging consistency and evaluate campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Consolidate inputs across teams into unified, user-focused content.
Maintain consistency in product positioning and brand voice.

Qualifications

Experience

1–3 years in a marketing role; product marketing experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience with Google Suite, ClickUp, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
