We’re looking for an
Account Manager – Paid Media
to join our dynamic Client Services team. In this role, you’ll support a global channel owner for one of our flagship clients, working closely with global leads, local markets, and broader channels to help ensure alignment, compliance, and smooth execution of paid media and influencer campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paid media professional who thrives on collaboration, complexity, and bringing clarity across multiple markets. We are open to receiving applications from candidates willing to work in either our London or Bristol offices on a hybrid basis, 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination between global client teams and local markets, helping maintain smooth communication and alignment.
- Assist in collating and reviewing market media plans and calendars to provide global visibility and flag potential risks or compliance considerations.
- Contribute paid media knowledge to help maintain consistent standards across markets.
- Gather and incorporate market-specific insights (legal, cultural, commercial) to support global planning and execution.
- Support accurate campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting (including GA, cookie categorisation, and pixel mapping).
- Work with the client to validate inputs, translate strategy into clear actions, and support alignment in market activations.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with local market teams to enable effective communication, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3–5 years’ experience in Paid Media (agency or brand), with strong exposure to paid social and programmatic marketing.
- Experience supporting or managing multi-market campaigns, ideally within a global structure.
- Good understanding of digital media channels (social, display, search, programmatic, OOH, CTV).
- Strong analytical and compliance mindset, able to review plans, flag risks, and support alignment with global standards.
- Skilled in campaign planning, governance, and performance measurement.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confident supporting global strategy while understanding local market needs.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with strong collaboration and diplomacy in cross-cultural environment
