In This Role, You Will:
- Process all accounts payable for the department.
- Maintain regular communication with merchants to foster unity and enthusiasm.
- Participate in mall events and weekend management duties, working collaboratively with the mall office team.
- Stay updated on industry trends through trade magazines, newsletters, and networking with corporate marketing teams and peers.
- Actively engage in corporate marketing, advertising, and promotional programs to maximize center benefits.
- Ensure timely communication with the corporate marketing office, responding to information requests and reports by deadlines.
- Utilize strong sales skills to generate revenue through sponsorships, media partnerships, and in-mall advertising.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Manage social media platforms and website updates, staying current with trends.
- Maintain records of communications, including meeting agendas, minutes, promotional calendars, and event-related correspondence.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or shopping center management.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research techniques.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
