DISQO is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and innovation. As we transform how brands measure, understand, and optimize advertising performance, this role will redefine what it means to lead in a new era of intelligence-driven creativity. We’re looking for a senior marketing leader who blends creativity with precision—someone who can connect AI-powered marketing with brand storytelling and measurable business impact across the adtech and martech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a curious, forward-thinking leader, energized by the possibilities of AI as a transformative force for insight, agility, and performance. You’ll craft agentic strategies that fuse human creativity with AI tools, harnessing data and intelligent automation to elevate storytelling, and scale growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role—it is a rare opportunity to reshape how the broader marketing industry influences brand equity, customer engagement, and organizational transformation. Because DISQO’s products are purpose-built for marketers and advertisers, this leader will be responsible for marketing directly to the industry’s most sophisticated marketing leaders—those who define best practices, drive innovation, and shape the future of advertising performance. You will elevate how DISQO shows up to this audience through a compelling blend of strategic vision, cross-functional partnership, and influence. In this role, you will guide the evolution of a future-ready marketing organization that is bold, adaptive, and unafraid to push the boundaries of what’s possible in an AI-driven era.
The Head of Marketing will partner closely with the CEO and broader leadership team to build an integrated go-to-market engine that drives brand building and pipeline. This leader will own DISQO’s brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, content, events and customer engagement strategy; the ideal candidate is deeply curious about AI tools, has deep roots in adtech or martech, thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments, and brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to leadership — blending innovative thinking with operational excellence. Experience in startups and technology-driven organizations is essential, with a proven ability to lead people, build agile processes, and deliver impactful results in dynamic, rapidly evolving markets.
