Join our dynamic team as a Senior Marketing Executive on a 12 month FTC and play a key role in driving impactful campaigns and initiatives that elevate our firm’s presence in the market. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team to deliver engaging communications, support events, and contribute to a variety of innovative marketing projects. You’ll also build strong partnerships across the wider Markets team and work with internal clients throughout the firm, making a real difference every day.
Your day-to-day could include the following:
- Support the Marketing & Communications Director, Senior Marketing & Communications Manager or Senior Communications Manager on key campaigns as required, and at times coordinate end to end campaign activity, including:
- Lead communications and campaign activity, including development of content, as directed by the Marketing & Communications Director, Senior Marketing & Communications Manager or Senior Communications Manager.
- Lead development and deployment of social media content, taking the lead on scheduling, copy development, design briefing and sign off of posts in a timely manner.
- Provide support for daily Media monitoring and alerts.
- Responsible for managing & updating content on PwC New Zealand’s website as directed by Senior Digital Advisor.
- Submit co-branding and naming requests to the Global Clearinghouse once approved by the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Maintain and update a central list of JBRs and sponsorships that have a market-facing element.
- Set up, send and report on email campaigns and events using Marketing Cloud
- Monitor and report on campaign statistics using Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
- Ensure that all communications and marketing activity and materials meet the firm’s brand standards including tone of voice (copy) and ‘look & feel’ (design).
- Provide marketing and communications and team admin support as directed by the Marketing & Communications Director, Senior Marketing & Communications Manager or Senior Communications Manager.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
- Marketing or Communications graduate with 4+ years’ experience working in the field
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or similar web platform to create and publish pages and deliver content updates
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud platform; including the build of event invitations, acceptance journeys and email marketing campaigns
- Experience using Salesforce or similar Contact Management programmes
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a variety of channels
- A confident writer, able to produce high quality copy aligned with our brand tone of voice guidelines
- Strong people skills with the ability to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
- Collaborative team player - adept at building effective working relationships in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to adapt, influence and collaborate with a broad range of working styles and personalities.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills - comfortable juggling multiple competing deadlines and working in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to completing the task, in accordance with the work processes and quality standards in place
- Self starter - proactive when dealing with problems and confident to suggest and execute ideas for improvement - always looking to ‘raise the bar’
- Client service mindset and practical, results focused approach.
