The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic, data-driven mindset and proven experience managing successful initiatives. The candidate has 1-2 years in digital marketing, with the ability to support cross-functional teams, drive ROI, and adapt to a fast-changing digital landscape.
Responsibilities: • Schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns with a focus on deliverability, timing, QA, and flawless execution. • Oversee daily email operations including automation flows, list segmentation, A/B testing, and SMS integration. • Monitor live email campaigns to ensure functionality, engagement, and performance alignment. • Track and analyze key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to drive continuous improvement. • Compile and deliver channel performance reports with actionable insights to support optimization and leadership decisions. • Maintain CRM and email marketing databases, ensuring clean data, accurate segmentation, and updated contacts. • Troubleshoot email-related issues including formatting, integrations, delivery, and tracking discrepancies. • Support campaign planning by contributing to briefs, subject lines, copywriting, and launch coordination (including Criteo). • Collaborate cross-functionally to assist with escalations, platform migrations, sprint deliverables, and system maintenance. • Maintain consistency in documentation, marketing assets, and process workflows; perform additional marketing tasks as needed. • Additional Duties as assigned
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or Communications. • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce. • Proven track record managing campaigns and hitting performance targets. • Strong skills in analytics and data interpretation. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, MailChimp, Omnisend, Criteo, and Shopify • Continuously monitors and applies the latest e-commerce marketing trends, strategies, and technologies.
