starpower is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team in London!
starpower is a strategic, pop-culture-centric entertainment and influencer marketing agency that connects brands with Talent, Influencers, and Content across entertainment, sport, music, fashion, and beauty sectors. Renowned for bridging Hollywood and healthcare, we excel in pairing Celebrity Talent and Influencers with brands, notably in the healthcare industry. Our clientele spans various sectors, including CPG, Health & Wellness, Financial Services, and Beverage Alcohol/Spirits.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator who is digitally savvy and passionate about pop culture. You will aid in the data-driven execution of top-tier Celebrity Talent marketing programs.
Operating as a hybrid company with hubs in London, Los Angeles, and New York, the ideal candidate will be London-based and part of the UK global team.
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support such as:
- Submitting Talent-related invoices for payment
- Managing job code requests in Salesforce
- Tracking incoming POs and keeping the team updated on PO status
- Coordinating product shipment, as needed
- Scheduling team calls, crafting meeting agendas and providing post-meeting recaps
- Drafting Agency SOWs, with guidance from senior team members
- Ensuring all key campaign materials are saved in the appropriate Diageo SharePoint folders
- Collaborate closely with the team to support project management of campaigns, including:
- Submitting Talent for vetting through the internal starpower vetting team, or conducting vetting personally, if required
- Supporting the Talent casting process, including initial outreach to agents and developing Talent casting presentations
- Assisting with drafting Formal Offers for Talent and maintain accurate tracking of Talent responses
- Supporting with asset feedback and approval processes at various stages of content development
- Staying informed on key cultural events/moments taking place in London and around the globe, as well as rising and established figures in the entertainment industry
- Sharing relevant sponsorship opportunities with key Diageo contacts
- Supporting logistics for Talent Service Days, including travel bookings and other operational needs
- Working closely with the team to understand the importance of tasks and easily shift priorities, communicating effectively with the team

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with easily shifting priorities.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients.
