Day-to-day you will:
- Be the primary driver for AI-powered content creation, using best-in-class generative AI tools to ideate, draft, and efficiently scale high-quality content across all channels.
- Develop and test new content formats and strategies for our AI solutions, ensuring our messaging clearly articulates the value of Raft’s technology to our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex AI/ML features into compelling, customer-focused narratives and collateral (e.g., case studies, product pages, technical blogs).
- Take ownership of key content pillars and campaigns, managing the execution timeline and ensuring brand consistency from concept to final publish.
- Support media and press relationships by providing well-researched, data-driven content and talking points to amplify Raft’s voice in the industry.
- Analyze content performance data to draw insights, test growth hypotheses, and continuously refine the content strategy for better demand generation.
We're specifically looking for someone who has:
- Expertise in Generative AI for Marketing. Have proven, hands-on experience leveraging modern generative AI tools (e.g., large language models, image generators) to significantly increase content production quality, speed, and scale.
- 3-6 Years of B2B SaaS Content Marketing, with progressive experience demonstrating a strong understanding of the content marketing lifecycle, demand generation, and content performance analysis in a B2B SaaS environment (AI/Deep Tech preferred).
- Exceptional Technical Translation Skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, especially related to AI, Machine Learning, or logistics technology, and translate them into clear, engaging, and credible content for various business audiences.
- Creative storyteller and clear communicator with a portfolio of high-impact content that drove measurable business results.
- A collaborative mindset and a history of successfully working with product managers, sales teams, and external agencies to deliver joint goals.
- Industry curious—ideally with exposure to supply chain, shipping, or logistics, and the ability to turn complex topics into compelling narratives.
