In this role, you’ll play a critical part in how we run marketing globally, supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that connect our efforts to revenue. You’ll work hands-on with our marketing tech stack, help drive operational projects forward, and collaborate across teams to ensure clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day management of our marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, Hockeystack, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracy
- Assist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficiently
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelines
- Identify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvements
- Maintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistency
- Provide regional support while ensuring global processes stay aligned
- 5-7 year experience in Marketing Operations in SaaS environments.
- Experience working with Pardot and Salesforce and Hockeystack (or other account-based marketing and analytics tools)
- Experience in AI based tools
- Some experience using Tableau
- An understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, Allbound, and pipeline attribution
- A strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple language
- Comfortable working with data, platforms, and process documentation
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy being a team player and working cross-functionally
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
