About the job
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will bring leadership and energy to lead and deliver across multiple marketing channels and programs. This role will be central to enhancing our acquisition performance and driving new logo wins through effective campaigns, events, and automation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing strategic initiatives while delivering measurable ROI.
What you will be doing
Campaign and Lead Generation
- Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at generating sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Partner with the Head of Growth to continuously evolve and refine our ICP and target account lists.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to create compelling value propositions, campaigns, and industry-specific positioning.
- Execute ABX (Account-Based Experience) campaigns for target industries and accounts.
- Identifying content and collateral requirements to serve our audiences. Refining our value prop messaging to our target markets and verticals.
- Setup and optimise existing and new marketing funnels, to enhance conversions, track performance and report on growth.
Events and Activations
- Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of the events programme — including trade shows, webinars, and exclusive activations with the support of our Marketing Accounts Executive.
- Demonstrate clear ROI and pipeline impact from event participation and sponsorships.
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Own the marketing relationship with our external partners to grow our indirect revenue share.
- Identify opportunities to partner and jointly execute on co-branded and partner activations.
- Support the onboarding of new indirect and direct channel partners.
- Support our Account Marketing Executive on the identification and application of key industry awards.
Marketing Automation and Lifecycle
- Build and evolve a marketing automation engine that ensures consistent communication across our prospect and customer communications.
- Design and manage customer marketing initiatives that drive upsell, retention, and increased value-added service attachment rates.
- Engage directly with customers to capture case studies, testimonials, and insights.
- Partner with customer success and product teams to surface opportunities for growth and improvement.
Digital Marketing and SEO
- Lead internal and agency-driven initiatives to optimize SEO and AEO performance.
- Manage the creation and refresh of on-site and off-site content to improve organic reach.
- Report regularly on traffic growth, keyword performance, and opportunity areas.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technology or SaaS. Telecommunications or IT experience highly advantageous.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable acquisition and revenue outcomes.
- A self-starter – comfortable working independently, leading through delivery with a strong eye for what good looks like.
- Strong background in event management, marketing automation, and ABM/ABX strategies.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management – you can comfortably work and engage across all levels to succeed.
- Commercially focused, knows how to achieve tangible business results through marketing initiatives.
