At Northern Light, we help the world’s leading enterprises discover, connect, and act on the insights that drive smarter business decisions. Our AI-powered market and competitive intelligence platform empowers organizations to centralize intelligence, enhance collaboration, and uncover strategic opportunities that fuel innovation and growth.
We believe enterprise marketing should be as data-driven as it is creative, grounded in precision, but built with heart. As our new Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own the full demand engine from strategy to execution, designing and orchestrating campaigns that generate pipeline, attract new customers, and expand our footprint within existing enterprise accounts.
You’ll be the driving force behind our go-to-market motion, building and running multi-channel campaigns that engage prospects across email, events, partnerships, and digital channels. You’ll blend creativity and analytics to build programs that convert attention into action.

- Partner with sales and customer success to build targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs that accelerate deal cycles and expansion.
Marketing Operations & Automation
- Manage campaign workflows and automation across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and related platforms.
- Implement and maintain tracking, attribution, and lead scoring systems that ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI-driven tools and workflows to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Collaboration & Content Enablement
- Partner with content and creative teams to develop campaign assets, event materials, and audience-specific messaging.
- Collaborate with sales to build personalized outreach sequences and sales enablement assets aligned to demand gen initiatives.
- Create compelling, conversion-oriented copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and event communications.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance across channels and report on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to test, refine, and improve programs across messaging, audience segmentation, and channel mix.
