The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and design-savvy

Global Head of Marketing
to join our executive team. If you have bold, adventurous ideas and a deep passion for the intersection of fitness, AI, and technology, this is the role for you.
Location:
Our executive leadership team is based in the San Francisco Bay area. Though we don’t have a regimented in-office policy, we believe the best work is done when we’re together. We will meet in-person about twice a week if you’re based in the SF Bay Area or once a month if you’re based in Los Angeles (you’d fly to SF for a few days depending on business needs).
Your Impact:
- Develop and Execute Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy: Build and own a comprehensive marketing roadmap to drive growth across B2B and B2C. Ensure alignment across all channels from paid channels, product marketing, content, and webinars to engagement, partnerships, affiliate, and referral with a consistent, compelling brand narrative.
- Creative Brand & Campaign Leadership: Lead the vision and execution of bold, imaginative campaigns across digital, social, and video channels. Collaborate with the creative team on standout moments including viral campaigns, video storytelling, and high-impact creative that breaks through the noise.
- Data-Driven Growth & Performance Marketing: Own performance across all paid media, managing a multi-million dollar budget. Leverage analytics to optimize channel ROI, identify key opportunities, and make informed, scalable decisions.
- Brand Positioning & Storytelling: Shape and evolve Everfit’s brand identity, ensuring it resonates across markets and channels. Bring clarity, energy, and consistency to how we tell our story.
- Product-Led Growth & Conversion Optimization: Partner closely with the product team to drive PLG initiatives, optimize conversion funnels, and fuel adoption through creative, go-to-market campaigns.
- Affiliate, Webinar & Creator Marketing: Grow and scale Everfit’s affiliate and partner programs. Lead webinar strategies and activate influencers, creators, and prosumers to build awareness and reach.
- Everfit Academy & Marketplace Integration: Collaborate with our content and marketplace teams to maximize the impact of Everfit Academy and support the launch of a global wellness marketplace.
- Team Leadership: Help build Everfit’s dream marketing team. Hire and empower marketers in performance, growth, and affiliate marketing, along with creative leads across paid, content, creator, and viral marketing.
- Global Market Expansion: Design and execute localization strategies and community-driven campaigns to expand Everfit’s brand globally.
Who You Are:

- Experienced in Growth Marketing: Proven track record in performance marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- Passion around Fitness and/or Tech: Prior work experience in fitness, lifestyle, or technology-driven brands.
- Exceptional Leader & Team Builder: Ability to hire, manage, and mentor a dynamic marketing team.
