The Role
As a Paid Media Executive, you will work across a portfolio of ecommerce and lead generation clients, supporting day to day campaign management while contributing to wider strategy discussions. You will work closely with specialists across search, social and programmatic, gaining exposure to multiple channels and developing a deep understanding of how paid media works across different industries.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyse performance and support strategy recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Prepare clear reports and contribute to client communication.
- Apply a test and learn approach to improve results and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social or another digital channel.
- Openness to learning all channels including search, social and programmatic.
- Confidence with digital tools such as analytics, tracking or platform reporting.
- An organised, analytical way of working and the ability to interpret trends.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team focused mindset.
