Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance our online presence.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase web direct traffic, brand awareness, and e-commerce platform performance
- Plan and implement SEO/SEM campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and email marketing to improve website visibility, drive targeted traffic, and nurture leads
- Manage social media strategies to engage customers and drive sales
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and manage marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Production of online and offline sales tools.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce roles in a fast pace work environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis tools
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and digital marketing best practices
- Have full working rights in Australia
