What is the purpose of the Product Marketing Manager?
The Product Marketing Manager connects Mosaiq’s technology to the global public transport market, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that showcase customer value, in ways that are relevant to customer segments and geographies. They take ownership of Mosaiq’s product storytelling, creating materials and assets, such as product blogs, sales enablement collateral, partner webinars, feature updates, and demo scripts, that help customers understand what Mosaiq can do for them.
They sit within the Product teams, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue, UX/Design, and Customer Success, to drive product positioning in the market and end-user adoption by ensuring our product and messaging are fully aligned with the customer’s environment. As part of a nimble, globally-focused marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager helps amplify product stories across key channels and in-person events.

What does the Product Marketing Manager do?
The Product Marketing Manager helps shape and communicate the story of Mosaiq from market insight to go-to-market execution. Specifically that includes:
Product Positioning and Messaging
- Creating a compelling hook that connects customer need to Mosaiq.
- Developing and maintaining clear, differentiated product messaging for Mosaiq across global markets.
- Understanding our target audience of public transport agencies, operators, and channel partners, and tailoring content to their needs, goals, and pain points.
- Mapping technical product value into specific user need.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers to uncover stories and turn these into compelling, customer-facing narratives.
Go-to-Market Planning
- Working with Product and Revenue teams to design and execute market-focused plans for product capability launches and industry events.
- Developing marketing collateral and materials that align with Mosaiq’s development potential and commercial goals.
- Coordinating with the Customer Success and Revenue teams to ensure our channel partners have the right tools and stories to engage prospects and new clients.
- Owning the creation and delivery of product-focused materials such as sales decks, partner webinars, feature launch materials, product blogs, event collateral, and demo videos (e.g., YouTube and other digital assets).
- Collaborating with Design and the Digital Marketer to adapt and distribute these product stories across social and digital channels, ensuring consistency of message and visual identity.
- Supporting market-entry planning and localisation, researching new regions, understanding local transport systems and customer pain points, and adapting Mosaiq’s positioning for each.
Market and Competitor Insight
- Researching and analysing market trends, competitor offerings, and industry shifts in public transport technology together with our UX and Revenue teams.
- Feeding insights back into Product and Marketing strategy to inform product development and positioning.
- Maintaining a view of the competitive landscape to help Mosaiq stay differentiated in an evolving market.
- Synthesising and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders across teams and time zones.
Content and Campaign Development
- Developing and managing product-related content that tells the story of Mosaiq’s capability, customer impact, and differentiation, focused specifically on product and go-to-market storytelling.
- Creating high-quality product assets, including sales enablement decks, webinars, case studies, presentations, demo scripts, and short-form video content.
- Partnering with the Digital Marketer to ensure product storytelling is effectively amplified across Mosaiq’s digital ecosystem (LinkedIn, YouTube, website, newsletters, and industry channels).
- Working as part of the Marketing team to drive demand generation campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborating with Customer Success and our partners to showcase success stories and outcomes.
- Ensuring that all product-related content reflects Mosaiq’s brand voice and connects innovation to real-world impact.
Sales and Partner Enablement
- Equipping the Revenue team with messaging frameworks, collateral, and product knowledge to support their customer relationships and conversations.
- Supporting our partner network with consistent and relevant materials and product value messaging and collateral.
- Developing scalable resources and playbooks to ensure consistent communication of Mosaiq’s value proposition across all markets.
Event Attendance
- Represent Mosaiq at key industry events and conferences, sharing product stories, gathering market insights, if required.
- Measurement and Optimisation
- Tracking the performance of campaigns and product marketing activities against key metrics in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Continuously refining messaging and tactics based on timely data and feedback.
- Using data and feedback loops from Product, Revenue, UX and Customer Success to guide prioritisation and storytelling.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
- A strong grasp of SaaS marketing principles, ideally in a B2B or transport technology environment.
- Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience with market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market planning.

- Strong research and analytical skills, able to uncover insights from markets, competitors, and customers to inform strategy.
