About the Role We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team at Primeproperty Group. If you’re creative, hands-on, and love bringing ideas to life across a variety of brands, this role offers the perfect mix of creativity, collaboration, and impact.
You’ll be instrumental in delivering marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and tell our story across our diverse portfolio — from hotels and residential accommodation to other property ventures.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies that make a real difference.
This is a role with variety, ownership, and genuine opportunity to shape how our brands connect with their audiences. Our marketing team operates like an in-house agency — fast-paced, creative, and results-focused.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver creative, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units.
- Write compelling copy for campaigns, social media, EDMs, and promotional materials.
- Manage both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including social media, Google Ads, print, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business unit managers, and external suppliers to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
- Support special projects including rebrands, website enhancements, and new product launches.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skilled in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google My Business.
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar) is advantageous.
