As a key role in the Marketing team, the role of the Customer Marketing Partner is to help win, keep and grow our customer base in core and adjacent markets by creating the most valuable, innovative and differentiated customer experience across Reece. Responsible for implementing brand, customer experience and growth based on deep customer insights and market understanding, this role will be a partner for network Operations and Merchandising. You will be required to support key brand campaigns, while also leading your own campaigns and projects, designed to drive growth for Reece.
- Own, lead and manage a range of marketing projects, from briefing and scoping through to execution and delivery, working closely with all relevant stakeholders, including agency partners.
- Manage the customer calendar, across all marketing touchpoints
- Content creation across all channels
- Partnerships and sponsorship management
- Be a reliable and valuable contact for network support, providing timely marketing assistance when needed.
- Ensure the network is provided the required marketing assets, and if possible, helping improve the brand's presence in-store and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Instore experience including point of sale for campaigns and services
- Reporting and budget management
- Agency management, including creative, media and insight partners
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have demonstrated project management experience, from briefing through to execution and delivery
- Have an understanding of business strategy, and an ability to implement brand strategy
- Be able to use and understand business data and insights to drive decision making
- Be experienced building relationships and driving commercial outcomes through customer activity
- Experience tracking and measuring performance, budgets and competitive set
- Focus on continuous improvements and better ways of working, with an innovator’s mindset.
