Eight months ago, the indi app was an idea.
Now, we’re a fast-moving health-tech startup backed by Antler and some of Australia’s best founders - building the AI co-pilot for parents and allied-health clinics that helps kids get the early intervention they deserve.
We’ve nailed our brand foundations, built strong traction with parents and clinics, and now it’s time to bring in a digital marketing lead who can turn that momentum into scalable growth.
The Mission
Your mission: build and run Indi’s digital growth engine - from creative to conversion.
You’ll own how we find, engage, and convert our two key audiences, primarily on Instagram:
- Parents discovering and downloading the app (D2C)
- Clinics and therapists entering the top of our B2B2C funnel
You’ll move fluidly between creative, content, and performance - designing campaigns that are both emotional and effective.
This isn’t a “marketing manager” role. It’s a founding digital growth role - high trust, high autonomy, and the chance to shape how Indi grows from day one.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Lead Growth Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimise campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition - starting with Insta and expanding into other channels over time.
- Create, Brief & Curate Content: Source, brief, or create performance-ready content (UGC, reels, stories, carousels) that speaks to mums and clinic owners.
- Performance & Insights: Track what’s working, report clearly, and iterate fast.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with the CEO on brand storytelling and content strategy.
- Work with the B2B2C Lead to tune clinic funnels.
- Feed insights to Product to sharpen messaging and experience.
- Scale Smart: Know what to do yourself, when to outsource, and when to bring in extra help or tools.

- Improved efficiency of paid and organic channels
- Fast learning velocity - always testing, refining, improving
- A content and acquisition engine that’s repeatable and scalable in other markets

- Have run Meta campaigns end-to-end - from creative idea to placement and analysis
- Can brief, direct, or make high-performing content yourself
- Have worked in early-stage consumer, health, or D2C startups
