We’re looking for an Enquiry Marketing Coordinator who’s not just great at managing enquiries and digital engagement, but someone who genuinely cares about delivering empathetic, timely responses and creating a positive experience at every point in a customers journey.
What you’ll be doing:
- Efficiently process and respond to customer enquiries with empathy, ensuring timely call-backs and accurate logging.
- Act as a first responder to new enquiries, taking ownership and supporting occupancy targets across villages.
- Maintain and update the customer enquiry database, producing reports and ensuring documentation is complete.
- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting villages and Belong at Home.
- Monitor, respond to, and record customer feedback across social channels, third‑party sites, and feedback inboxes.
- Manage Belong’s presence on external referral platforms and mailing lists to engage prospects and promote events.
- Support marketing activities including website updates, social media, photography/video shoots, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Proofread and quality‑check marketing materials to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to inform pricing reviews and fee adjustments.
- Work as an effective member of the Sales & Marketing team in accordance with Belong standards and values, contributing to a culture and environment where people feel supported and valued
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledge and experience of working in a customer service / contact centre environment
- Strong customer care focus with a desire to support teams to provide an excellent service
- Proven experience and ability to build positive and productive relationships with customers, colleagues and professionals
- Prioritises own work ensuring it meets organisational objectives and to the required standard; effectively managing competing deadlines and multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Good understanding of the needs of older people, and the health & social care market
- Reliable, flexible and able to fulfil contracted hours and expectations and demands of the role
- Demonstrates personal qualities to deliver Belong vision and values appropriate to this level
- Proficient in the use of database software and Microsoft products including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint to manage processes, training and reporting
- Holds a current driving licence and willing to travel to other business sites
