Title: Product Marketing Manager

Position Summary
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own how Fohr brings its predictive platform and features to market. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, you’ll craft the story, strategy, and execution plan that defines how our technology shows up in the world.
You’ll translate complex functionality into clear customer value, positioning Fohr’s platform as the intelligent, measurable solution for brands investing in creators. From narrative development to go-to-market (GTM) planning, you’ll ensure every launch connects insight, creativity, and performance.
This is a hybrid role (3x weekly in-office, NYC – LES) reporting to the Director of Marketing.
About The Role
Positioning & Messaging
- Define Fohr’s product value propositions and key differentiators in a rapidly evolving creator-marketing category.
- Translate technical features into clear, customer-centric benefits that resonate with marketers.
- Evolve Fohr’s platform narrative to ensure consistency across sales, marketing, and customer communications.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new product features, enhancements, and platform launches.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop launch timelines and communication plans.
- Manage the product launch calendar, driving alignment and accountability across teams.
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct interviews with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Analyze product usage and performance data to inform messaging, pricing, and roadmap priorities.
- Maintain a sharp understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure Fohr’s platform remains distinct and defensible.
Sales Enablement
- Create compelling pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies that bring Fohr’s story to life for enterprise prospects.
- Develop internal training and resources to equip Sales and Client Services teams to communicate product value confidently.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are informed, inspired, and aligned around every launch.
Performance Measurement
- Define and track success metrics for launches, including adoption, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Report results and insights to leadership, using data to continuously refine GTM performance.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, martech, or a related B2B technology environment.
- Proven success defining positioning, building narratives, and executing multi-channel product launches.
- Strong ability to translate technical details into clear, emotionally resonant customer messaging.
- Analytical and insight-driven: you use data to guide strategy and storytelling.
- Experienced managing cross-functional launches with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where clarity and communication are key.
- Collaborative, curious, and confident—you know when to lead, when to listen, and how to move teams forward.
