With ambitious plans to expand into global markets, they’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to design and lead the performance marketing strategy from the ground up, supported by a team of performance specialists.

The Day-to-Day…
- Lead and build the paid media strategy across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage a global performance team, mentoring them to achieve key KPIs.
- Execute hands-on campaign optimisations and troubleshoot platform restrictions.
- Oversee analytics, reporting, and server-side tracking integrations.
- Explore new channels, including programmatic and direct-buy platforms, to maximise client acquisition.
- Work with Meta, GA4, Adroll, Snowflake, and Power BI for multi-touch attribution.
