About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, AI-driven Marketing Manager to build and orchestrate Kaliber's internal marketing engine from the ground up. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, driving inbound demand, and positioning Kaliber as an industry leader through strategic content, community engagement, and lifecycle marketing systems.
This is not a traditional marketing manager role. The ideal candidate won't be writing every blog post or manually executing campaigns. This role is about architecting and orchestrating scalable marketing systems—managing writers, building AI-assisted workflows, and designing repeatable processes that compound over time.
The ideal candidate has strong marketing fundamentals (brand + performance), hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows, and the ability to move fast in a lean, high-autonomy environment.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production Orchestration (50%)
Own Kaliber's content engine as the architect and project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own Kaliber's cross-channel, multi-media content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals: talent acquisition, client demand generation, and premium positioning
- Manage content writers (brief effectively, QA output, ensure voice and quality alignment with Kaliber's tone of voice)
- Build and optimize AI-assisted content workflows to maximize output with lean resources (repurposing engine: long-form blog → LinkedIn posts → video → newsletter)
- Own the repurposing workflow—coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams to adapt content across formats and platforms (articles, long-form video, short-form video, email nurture, social)
- Maintain and optimize Kaliber's key digital touchpoints: website, LinkedIn page, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Manage content calendar and publishing cadence
- Use tools and automation to scale content production in a lean-resourced environment
What success looks like: Consistent, high-quality content flowing across channels. Systems that run efficiently without bottlenecks. Content that builds trust, attracts top talent, and generates inbound client interest.
Marketing Strategy & Framework Application (20%)
Work with leadership to shape and execute Kaliber's marketing strategy while quickly grasping and operationalizing our strategic frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Kaliber's Performance Branding methodology and strategic frameworks (CEPs, brand + performance integration, Ehrenberg-Bass Institute principles)
- The role doesn't require arriving with our exact views, but does require strong marketing fundamentals (brand AND performance) to quickly grasp and apply our concepts
- Translate strategic thinking into executable content strategy—ensuring our unique positioning is articulated clearly across all marketing efforts
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on how Kaliber's positioning and messaging can be refined and better communicated in the market
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives that elevate Kaliber's brand reputation and generate qualified demand
- Contribute to employer branding strategy to attract top talent and reinforce our people-first culture
Business impact:
- Drive inbound lead generation and content-driven demand for Kaliber's services
- Build employer brand that attracts top talent for current and future hiring needs
- Position Kaliber for premium pricing power through credibility-building thought leadership
CRM & Lead Nurturing (15%)
Manage Kaliber's CRM systems and build lifecycle marketing workflows to activate and engage our network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Kaliber's Client CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) to track engagement and deliver targeted messaging
- Develop and execute lead-nurturing workflows for prospects, existing clients, and lapsed clients
- Segment audiences, deliver relevant content, and monitor engagement to optimize conversion and re-engagement
- Own newsletter strategy and distribution—using content as a key touchpoint for ongoing brand visibility and thought leadership
- Build systems to convert community engagement and marketing activities into qualified pipeline for both client leads and talent recruitment
What success looks like: Systematic engagement with existing network. Dormant relationships reactivated. Clear pipeline contribution from marketing activities.
APAC Marketers Community & Events (15%)
Orchestrate marketing and engagement for APAC Marketers—our monthly event series connecting marketers across 7 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Own pre-event and post-event marketing: promotion, registration campaigns, follow-up engagement, and community nurturing
- Coordinate event logistics and partnerships (orchestrate execution with team and partners)
- Manage APAC Marketers CRM to build lifecycle engagement: convert event attendees into community members and newsletter subscribers
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with other agencies, consultancies, collectives, and industry alliances to expand reach
- Research and build a pipeline of speaking/sponsorship opportunities (paid and unpaid) to expand visibility and authority
- Scale the event series to support 2026 growth targets (increased frequency, new formats, AI-focused content themes)
What success looks like: Strong attendance and engagement at events. Community CRM growing and actively engaged. Measurable impact from APAC Marketers on brand visibility and network growth.
