Multi-Property Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Social Media & Reputation Management Coordinator is an integral part of the Dolphin Hotel Management Marketing Team, supporting multiple hotels and their respective restaurants in the portfolio with strategic social media, content creation, and reputation management. Based at The Madison Hotel, this role focuses on social media strategy, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and online brand reputation.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of social trends, audience behavior, and how to build engagement through authentic, visually compelling content.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for multiple Dolphin Hotel Management properties.
- Write engaging and on-brand copy that reflects each property’s unique personality and audience.
- Create and edit photo and video content, including Reels, Stories, and event highlights.
- Schedule, monitor, and engage with audiences daily using Sprout Social or equivalent tools.
- Ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and guest inquiries.
Reputation Management
- Manage guest review platforms including Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and brand review systems.
- Draft and post thoughtful, brand-aligned responses to guest reviews and comments.
- Track reputation trends and create monthly sentiment analysis reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify opportunities for improvement based on guest feedback.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Research, identify, and coordinate collaborations with local influencers and brand partners.
- Manage influencer agreements, scheduling, and deliverables to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Track influencer ROI and provide post-campaign reporting.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting engagement, reach, sentiment, and growth metrics.
- Monitor social trends and provide recommendations for new strategies or content opportunities.
- Conduct competitive research to benchmark performance across platforms.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager and the Marketing Coordinator – Graphic Design & Web to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Support on-site marketing activations, photo/video shoots, and promotional events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven success managing social media accounts (no personal accounts)
- Experience with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a clear, engaging tone.
- Photography and video editing skills preferred (mobile and DSLR).
- Knowledge of social media KPIs, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Positive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
