Role Overview
*Please note this is a 12 month contract starting Jan/ Feb 2026.
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Marketing Director to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing strategy.
Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction, management, and execution of divisional marketing strategies across 15 business divisions, 12 sector groups, and regions in the UK. You will position marketing as a lever for business growth by shaping and delivering innovative, data-driven strategies, fostering high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders.
In this senior position, you will:
- Set the vision and direction for marketing across diverse divisions and sectors
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 10+ marketing professionals (including directors, managers, and executives)
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and the wider organisational strategy
- Champion innovation and best practice in marketing to drive measurable impact

Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in senior marketing roles, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record in commercial real estate marketing, ideally in the UK market.
- Experience in business stakeholder management at Board or Executive level.
- Strong people management skills with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment, managing multiple priorities with a structured and proactive approach.
