Aman is seeking a visionary Director of Digital Marketing to lead the brand’s global digital strategy across paid, owned, and social channels. This pivotal role will shape Aman’s digital presence, drive awareness, engagement, and conversion while maintaining the brand’s renowned sense of serenity and sophistication.
As a strategic leader, you will oversee the global digital ecosystem, including performance marketing, social media, and emerging digital platforms, to ensure Aman’s digital footprint continues to evolve with guest expectations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement Aman’s global digital marketing strategy across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and calendar management for all paid digital campaigns and content amplification initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new digital platforms, partnerships, and innovations to extend reach and deepen engagement.
- Partner with Brand and Content teams to craft compelling, digital-first storytelling and distribution plans.
- Oversee execution of paid global campaigns, balancing awareness and conversion goals across markets and channels.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localise strategies and optimize content performance in key international markets.
- Lead paid digital performance measurement, ensuring data integrity, actionable insights, and ROI accountability.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver world-class execution and innovation across all digital initiatives.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing global digital marketing team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Key Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or channel management within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record leading global digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Deep understanding of analytics, campaign measurement, and martech ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through data-led optimization.
- Experience collaborating with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to deliver cohesive, cross-channel campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in luxury brand storytelling.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial priorities.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities, including agency oversight.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
