Most growth roles are about selling someone else’s product. This one is about disrupting an entire sport. FAT Karting League is creating the pathway from karting to F1, and you’ll be part of the team turning a transformative idea into a worldwide movement.

FAT Karting League has taken the UK & US by storm with our electric karting series; a community driven sports brand breaking down barriers to entry, removing 95% of the traditional costs, and redefining racing culture for a new generation. With plans to expand to 50+ markets in the next five years, we’re moving fast and looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who shares our ambition.

You’ll play a central role in building scalable growth processes, driving demand, and converting hype into loyal fans. From digital campaigns that sell out races to repeatable playbooks that unlock new markets, your work will directly fuel our expansion.

What You’ll Do

You’ll design journeys that start with a TikTok clip and end with someone showing up trackside, buying a season pass, and following their dreams to the top of the sport.

Design and run high impact ad campaigns across Meta, Google, email sequences, influencers, and partnerships to fill grids and grow the community.

Own and optimise the customer funnel, driving improvements in conversion from awareness through to ticket sales and season pass renewals.

Develop and own scalable growth playbooks that drive repeatable success in hub launches, customer acquisition, onboarding and retention.

Lead on data & reporting – define the key metrics, monitor performance, and feedback insights that drive decisions.

Support hub growth – work with local teams to launch new hubs, providing them with the tools, campaigns and support to succeed.

Work cross-functionally with product, operations and brand marketing to align growth initiatives with brand storytelling.

What You Bring - essentials

2–3 years' experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, at a fast-paced consumer brand, event company, or agency.

Proof you can run paid campaigns that actually deliver ROI.

Strong grasp of funnel optimisation and CRM/email marketing (HubSpot experience is a plus).

A creative, content-savvy mindset: you know how to create ads that what work on TikTok, Insta, and beyond.

Analytical and data-driven, comfortable turning performance into insights and insights into action

Energy of a self-starter, hunger of an entrepreneur and excitement to be in on the ground floor of something massive.
Ability to work at least 3 days a week in our Oxfordshire office.
Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis to our events in the UK and beyond.
