The Team
You will shape GoFibre’s digital presence by creating and managing compelling content that builds brand awareness, engages online communities, and converts followers into customers. Your work will be instrumental in generating leads and driving growth across both national and regional markets.
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage GoFibre’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Craft bold, engaging videos and visuals that get people talking using Canva, CapCut or native tools
- Brief agencies or freelancers when it’s time to scale things up
- Bring our brand to life online, capturing real community stories from our build areas
- Consistently produce content that drives awareness, leads and sales
- Plan and post with purpose, every caption, image and clip aimed at sparking engagement
- Partner with our Community Engagement team to keep our voice friendly, human and unmistakably GoFibre
- Create targeted email campaigns that win new customers and keep current ones coming back
- Track what works, share smart insights, and spot fresh trends that help us stay ahead of the digital curve
- Support website updates and marketing campaigns that push GoFibre’s growth even further
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Experience of creating scroll-stopping posts across every platform and driving real customer engagement
- Tech experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, HubSpot, and Buffer, with a good grasp of CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- A results-focused mindset, using data to boost ROI, generate leads, and support sales growth through smart, creative digital marketing
- A flair for words, from catchy captions to longer stories that connect with different audiences and campaign goals
- Ability to manage several social channels at once, keeping the brand voice consistent, the content flowing, and the results aligned with business goals
