Sacred Society is a holistic wellness company redefining the wellness industry through spaces, experiences, and products that nurture physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. With a blend of wellness services, retail offerings, and technology-driven solutions, Sacred Society provides an unparalleled holistic experience rooted in community and care.
We are now seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our growing team and help tell the story of Sacred Society and our Founder across digital platforms.
About the Role
This full-time role will be divided between two primary focuses:
- 50% Sacred Society social media — managing strategy, content, and community engagement under the direction of the Wellness Marketing Lead.
- 50% Founder’s personal social media — creating and managing content, attending events, and occasional home sessions to capture and post content, and staying on standby for real-time opportunities.
This role requires flexibility, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage social media content calendars in collaboration with the Founder and the Wellness Marketing Lead.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photo, video, and written) that aligns with brand tone and values.
- Attend events, community gatherings, and occasional home sessions with the Founder to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments.
- Monitor engagement across all platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics and share regular insights to support ongoing strategy.
- Maintain consistent visual and written brand identity across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with marketing initiatives and event schedules.
- Manage scheduling tools, organize media assets, and ensure timely posting.
- Stay current with social trends, adapting content strategies where relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands, influencers, or creative organizations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and produce content tailored to different audiences.
- Strong writing, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Metricool, Meta Suite).
- Photography and basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.). Excellent communication and time management skills. Flexible and adaptable with an open availability. Easy to get a hold of via phone or text
- Proactive approach—comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Travel to events, local shoots or travel out of state with the Founder.
- High attention to detail and organization
- Loyal, trustworthy, stable, and professional in all circumstances
- Someone who is looking for a long term role and growth track within our company
