As the Marketing Assistant we are looking for someone who can help to promote our Company via social media platforms.
Working 3 days per week, 9am - 3pm. We are negotiable on which days of the week you would like to work within Monday - Friday.

Job Role Responsibilities
Sales and Enquiry Management
- Handle incoming care home enquiries via phone, email, and website forms.
- Nurture leads and maintain relationships with prospective residents and families.
- Track and manage all enquiries in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow ups.
- Support the admissions process and occupancy goals through effective communication and reporting.
Marketing and Digital communications
- Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content using Canva and scheduling tools.
- Update and maintain the company website and information sites, including uploading new content, images, news, and blog posts.
- Produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and event flyers.
Other Duties:
- To Attend Staff Meetings.
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing needs, demands of the home and participate in appropriate training and encourage and support staff in their development and training.
- Employee's need to ensure they fully understand their safeguarding responsibility, develop their understand and skills to reduce the risk of abuse or neglect to adults who need care and support. Employee's need to ensure that adults are safeguarded in a way that recognises their choice and control. Ensure that the safeguarding and whistle blowing policies are adhered too at all time.
- Provide evidence of any untaken training.
- Comply with fire procedures and health and safety legislation and work in a safe environment.
- Complete all training as determined by the home.
