We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Sr. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next 3 years.
About The Position
We’re looking for a surgical CRO operator — someone who lives in the numbers, breathes UI/UX friction, and treats every landing page like a revenue lever waiting to be pulled.
This isn’t a “wait for roadmap” role. You’ll be the one identifying what needs to be built, tested, and optimized — before anyone even asks. You’ll monitor site performance by the hour, build systems to catch friction as it happens, and partner with teams across acquisition, lifecycle, and creative to move fast and drive revenue.
You PEAR — Plan, Execute, Analyze, React — and run your testing backlog like a high-efficiency engineering sprint. You leverage AI to move faster: generating content, spinning up new LPs, and speeding up decision-making and workflow. The site is a living organism to you, and every second of friction means lost revenue. You’re not clocking in and out of a 9–5 — you’re wired to protect performance.
What you’ll do:
- Daily site performance monitoring (by the hour) — identifying dips and diagnosing why
- Landing page strategy & development — for paid traffic, email, affiliate, and promos
- Optimization of high-impact pages: PDPs, bundles, checkout, upsells
- A/B & multivariate testing roadmap — hypothesis-driven, outcome-obsessed
- UX architecture, CTA placement, offer sequencing, page load speed, and nav flow
- LTV/CAC improvement in partnership with lifecycle and paid social
- Collaboration with Creative on visuals, copy, and flows that reduce friction
- Post-purchase optimization: upsells, cross-sells, survey flows
- Full CRO backlog and sprint management using ClickUp
- Tech integration and tracking QA to ensure clean data
- Use of AI tools to accelerate LP build-outs, content generation, and testing cycles
You'll be measured by:
- LTV/CAC improvement via site and funnel enhancements
- ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and AOV growth
- PPV (Profit Per Visitor) — site efficiency that drives contribution margin
- PPUR (Post-Purchase Upsell Rate) — increasing order value post-checkout
- CVR (Conversion Rate) — across LPs, PDPs, bundles, and checkout
- CRO testing velocity and win rate
- Speed from insight → hypothesis → test → impact
- Cross-functional impact (supporting Paid, Retention, Product)
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Monitor site revenue like a stock ticker — hourly, daily, weekly
- Treat Shopify Plus like your home turf — you know every lever it offers
- Have a PEAR mindset — Plan, Execute, Analyze, React — baked into your workflow
- Run your CRO backlog like a product sprint — organized, prioritized, fast
- Know that speed wins — but only when backed by logic and insight
- Use AI to move faster: content, workflows, idea generation, deployment
- Constantly find and fix friction in the flow
- Are proactive, curious, and constantly iterating based on data
- Have experience working across web and mobile experiences — and understand how to bridge the two. A plus, if you have app experience
- Love working across teams and driving outcomes without ego
- Bonus: You’ve got full-stack engineering chops — or can think like an engineer

- A brand-only UX job — this is about performance
- A slow, reactive CRO function — we’re proactive and ship fast
- A “support” role — you’re a growth driver, not an executor of requests
- A 9-to-5 job — the site runs 24/7, and so does your monitoring system
