The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager APAC:
Gentrack is a global leader in providing essential software solutions to utilities with the goal
to bring utilities into a sustainable era. In Asia, we're growing rapidly and are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is a regional role supporting APAC, perfect for a results-oriented individuals with a
passion for B2B marketing in the software industry, ready to make a significant impact across
the region.
The Specifics
As our Marketing Manager APAC, you'll be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy,
building brand awareness, helping sales nurturing the opportunities down the funnel and
generating new leads. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning and handson execution.
Operational
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Developing and implementing engaging digital campaigns across various platforms, managing our social media presence, and optimizing content for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Research and data base management: Admin tasks such as data base handling and researching data such as market trends is expected.
- Content Creation & Communications: Crafting compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and email campaigns, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Event Management: Planning, organizing, and executing a range of marketing events, from webinars to industry conferences, to maximize engagement and lead capture.
- Marketing Operations: Utilizing marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) to streamline campaigns, track performance, and report on key marketing metrics.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to align strategies and ensure integrated campaign execution. Occupational H&S

- This role entails both domestic and international travel
- In addition to this you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your manager What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you): We're looking for a proactive and adaptable professional with a proven track record in B2B field marketing.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing within the software industry, specifically across Asia.
- Bonus points if you have experience with software for utilities or have worked with energy/water providers.
- Demonstrated expertise in account based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, social media management, event planning, and corporate communications. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or basic video editing software is a plus. Personal Attributes:
- A positive, high-energy, and can-do attitude is essential, as you'll be managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (generally less than 10%) to support key events across the region. References:
