This isn’t just another marketing role. As Head of Marketing, Canada, with Intrepid, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire both our customers and our team through your passion, creativity, and expertise in this leadership position.
In this role, you will lead and drive the execution of Intrepid’s marketing strategy in Canada, focusing on maximizing brand awareness, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer engagement. You will oversee all marketing operations across the country, including multi-channel campaigns, brand activations, marquee partnerships like TIFF, and collaborations with our global marketing teams.
You’ll manage a diverse and talented marketing team and oversee multimillion-dollar budgets, acting as the Canadian representative for global initiatives. Your work will ensure alignment with company objectives while delivering measurable results against KPIs, revenue targets, and passenger growth goals.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Toronto, with a hybrid work schedule where you'd be required to work from our office 3 days per week.
