Role Responsibilities:
As Assistant Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across both digital and retail channels. You’ll:
Take ownership of performance, analyzing data, identifying insights, and optimizing strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention outcomes.
Manage the full marketing mix, covering performance channels, CRM, on-ground activation events, and partnerships, translating strategy into action with precision and creativity.
Role Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should bring strong end-to-end omnichannel marketing experience within Southeast Asia and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, along with proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
Confident communicator who can hold their ground in fast-paced discussions, articulate ideas clearly, challenge constructively, and collaborate effectively across teams.
