We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to scale Eftsure’s growth engine and drive awareness among finance leaders and CFOs. You will own the end-to-end demand funnel from awareness through to acquisition, activation and retention. You will work across teams to identify opportunities, experiment with new ideas and optimise what works. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that blends creativity with analytical rigour.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute growth initiatives that drive measurable pipeline among finance leaders and CFOs
- Own demand generation channels including paid social, SEM, SEO, content syndication and nurture programs across Australia, New Zealand and the US
- Build always-on campaigns and growth loops that connect awareness to conversion and retention
- Partner with sales and SDR teams to optimise funnel performance and MQL → SQL → opportunity conversion
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across ads, landing pages, nurture journeys and CTAs to improve conversion
- Analyse performance using attribution models to understand what is working and where to invest
- Report on key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution and channel ROI
- Manage and optimise the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA4, ad platforms, analytics tools) and support integration across systems
- Stay across key market trends affecting CFOs and finance teams, and identify innovative opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Manage and optimise your budget to drive efficient growth and strong ROI
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation roles
- Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong analytical mindset: fluent in performance metrics, dashboards and able to turn data into action
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools (for example HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4)
- Understanding of the finance persona: able to translate complex technical or risk concepts into messages that resonate with CFOs and finance leaders
- “Builder” mindset: resourceful, experimental and comfortable iterating quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
