Your place in our story
We are seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Analytics Manager to lead data-driven marketing initiatives in the new home construction industry. This role will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to optimize lead generation, campaign performance, and customer engagement across communities. The ideal candidate will bring deep analytical expertise, a strong understanding of the consumer journey, and ability to provide insights to regional marketing leads and senior leadership.
Here’s how you’ll contribute
- Lead the marketing analytics function nationally, managing data strategy, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement in conjunction with the regional marketing leads and corporate marketing.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and community-level performance, while coordinating with the regional marketing leads to provide context for results.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to identify growth opportunities, improve cost per acquisition, and conversion rates.
- Oversee segmentation strategies and predictive modeling to improve targeting and personalization. Supporting technical set up, program management, and insights.
- Analyze geographic, demographic, and behavioral data to support campaign planning in conjunction with the regional marketing leads.
- Guide A/B testing and experimentation across digital channels, including paid media, email, and website. Help to orchestrate A/B testing nationally.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to regional leads and senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external data vendors, analytics platforms, and corporate marketing digital team.
- Assist and support Marketing Technology projects – i.e. DXP and Data Cloud 360.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Experience in residential real estate, construction, or homebuilding industry would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., GA4, Excel, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and BI platforms (Power BI).
- Strong command of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Effective communication skills and ability to translate complex data into business insights and executive summaries.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of media mix modeling and marketing attribution.
- Understanding of the consumer journey and community-level marketing strategies.
- Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional project teams.
