You’ll partner closely with content, brand, and web teams to ensure every piece of content—blogs, guides, reports, videos, web pages, and more—is discoverable, data-driven, and optimized for performance across both traditional and AI-driven search. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing, you’ll sit at the intersection of content strategy and growth marketing, helping position Drata as the category leader in Trust Management and security automation.
What you’ll do:

- Develop content schemas, structured data, and entity-based SEO strategies that strengthen Drata’s topical authority.
- Define KPIs to measure visibility, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports, sharing insights to guide ongoing content and SEO decisions.
- Stay ahead of emerging search and AI trends to proactively adapt strategy for evolving SERP and generative environments.
- Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, and communications to ensure SEO integration across all initiatives.
- Evangelize SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices across the marketing team and broader organization.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on content strategy and organic growth in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable increases in organic traffic, rankings, and conversions through content-led SEO initiatives.
- Expertise in keyword research, content architecture, entity optimization, link acquisition, and on-page SEO best practices.
- Working knowledge of AEO and GEO, including schema markup, structured data, and strategies for AI-driven search visibility.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope, or MarketMuse.
- Experience collaborating with writers, editors, and designers to create high-performing, discoverable content.
- Experience building domain and page authority through digital PR, partnership outreach, and backlink acquisition in competitive B2B SaaS industries
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn insights into clear recommendations and business impact.
