The Role.
The Vice President, Paid Media and SEO will lead Bluehost's performance marketing strategy and programs to drive high-quality acquisition, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value. This leader will own paid search, display, programmatic, organic search, SEO, and emerging digital channels—building a performance engine that scales efficiently across geographies and products.
This role requires deep channel expertise, analytical precision and creative agility to translate business goals into scalable performance programs, guide multimillion-dollar investments with confidence and focus on results, and inspire a team that thrives on experimentation, efficiency, and impact.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Performance Marketing Leadership
Lead all paid media channels (Search, Display, Video, Social) and SEO across multiple offerings and relevant markets.
SEO and Organic Growth
Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
Be the owner for the single source of truth for paid and organic performance dashboards, layered on systems like GA4, Adobe, SFDC etc.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Technical Stack and Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in harnessing new-age AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs) to derive insights and inform strategy.
