About the Role
Local Performance Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting individual and regional marketing campaigns for European Wax Center (EWC) intended to drive center growth through guest acquisition and retention. This role is pivotal in developing and executing localized marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in local ground marketing, novice understanding of paid digital media, and a proven track record in coaching and consulting small to medium businesses (SMBs).
A Day in the Life
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with assigned franchisees to promote and support local marketing initiatives across the EWC franchise network.
- Design and implement comprehensive local marketing strategies to enhance visibility and guest acquisition at the center level, utilizing both ground marketing and paid media tactics.
- Provide ongoing education and support to franchisees, in partnership with operations support teams, via email, phone, and internal ticketing systems, focusing on marketing programming.
- Maintain the efficacy and effectiveness of local marketing training tools, platforms and playbooks.
- Develop and manage recurring performance reports on center-level activities, sharing insights and optimizations to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the efficient and effective execution and brand compliance of all local marketing campaigns.
- Maintain effective communication channels with franchisees and centers, fostering constructive dialogue and performance enhancements.
- Participate in recurring status calls with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are on track and meeting benchmark KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and relevant topics, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and network-wide growth.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing/advertising.
