Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative MBA student to join our team as a Brand Marketing Intern. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role — it always comes back to this: we’re a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.

Interns will have the opportunity to participate in multiple events throughout the summer including leadership panels, a day of fun in Boston and learning sessions from various business functions.

Position Location: This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

*Interviews will start in December 2025*

Responsibilities:

As the MBA Brand Marketing Intern you will be part of either our Foods or Beverage marketing teams reporting to a Brand Manager. Throughout the summer you will work on a project directly related to a current business challenge. You will collaborate with cross-functional team which could include members from sales, brand elevation, category management, finance and research & development to complete your project. At the end of the summer you will present your final recommendation to the marketing team, cross-functional team and leadership. As a member of the team you will also gain exposure to Ocean Spray’s strategic initiatives, campaigns & business processes.

Summer Projects May Include:

Utilizing category data to diagnose a business challenge and recommend a solution
Partnering with brand elevation team and agencies to create marketing plans
Leveraging consumer insights to develop product positioning strategies
Developing a go-to-market plan for an innovative launch
Evaluate a new category or business model

Qualifications:

MBA student expecting to graduate in Spring/Summer 2026
3+ years of work experience
Ability to be in at least one of the following areas: Boston, MA or Lakeville, MA

Pay Range:

$40.00/hour

What we’re looking for:

Prior experience in working in or consulting for consumer products industry is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience with syndicated data (Nielson, IRI/Circana, NPD) is preferred, but not required
Comfort with ambiguity
Passion for consumer behavior and brand storytelling
Self-starters who have demonstrated personal and thought leadership capabilities in prior responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority
Strong collaboration skills
Able to use data to identify trends, solve problems and support brand decisions
