The Marketing Operations Technology Co-op will support Goodwin’s Marketing team by assisting with workflow optimization, technology initiatives for internal members, and data/repository management. This role will support as a holistic role between the Marketing Operations and Technology functions in enhancing operational efficiency and strengthen the use of tools used by the marketing department such as Adobe Workfront, digital asset management, Cvent, etc. The position offers hands-on experience in technology administration and project management, providing exposure to process, user experience improvement, and reporting. We’re looking for an adaptable problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail who’s eager to learn and contribute.
What you’ll do:
Support and coordinate the execution of a variety of marketing projects using Adobe Workfront, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Act as a frontline of communication between the Marketing team and stakeholders by providing timelines, proofs / staged links and final files to stakeholders
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of technology platforms used by the Marketing team (Workfront, email marketing, digital asset management, etc)
Support in documenting best practices, workflows, and system guidelines to ensure efficiency and consistency across the team alongside the Marketing Operations and Technology team members
Support the integration of various marketing tools, helping to ensure seamless data flow between platforms
Help test and validate new system functionalities and processes before deployment
Assist with data auditing by meticulously reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
Schedule and contribute to brainstorms for new campaigns and technology initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams
Stay informed about marketing trends and tools to assist in researching new solutions
Assist with additional projects and administrative tasks assigned.
Who you are:
A thoughtful self-starter with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
A proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal abilities
An adaptable individual able to work effectively independently or in collaborative, fast-paced environments
An exceptional ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing as needed
Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel and an eagerness to adopt new technologies
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Prior co-op, internship, or work experience in a professional services or technology-focused environment preferred.
