Position Overview
The CRM & Lifecycle Specialist, Products & Services owns CRM and lifecycle planning and execution for franchise development (Fran Dev) and cross-brand revenue streams — including Nutrition, Burn On Demand, Activewear, and Podcast engagement funnels. This role manages CRM across HubSpot (Fran Dev) and LoopSpark (Burn Brands), building lifecycle campaigns that generate qualified franchise leads and cross-sell brand services to members.
This role requires franchise development growth experience and a proven record of scaling lifecycle programs that drive lead quality, conversion, and cross-brand monetization.
Roles And Responsibilities
Fran Dev Lifecycle Management (HubSpot)
- Architect HubSpot funnel: Inquiry → Discovery Call → FDD → Validation → Agreement.
- Build nurture campaigns (drips, webinars, content) that improve lead quality and velocity.
- Implement lead scoring to prioritize high-intent prospects.
- Align nurture efforts with Sales activities (discovery days, validation calls, events).
Cross-Brand CRM Strategy (LoopSpark)
- Develop lifecycle campaigns for Nutrition, BOD, Activewear, and Podcast funnels.
- Integrate upsell/cross-sell offers with promo calendars and launches.
- Build automations to convert trials into paying customers.
- Segment audiences for targeted offers (e.g., members vs. non-members).
MOF Drips, Testing, and Retargeting
- Execute structured testing across Fran Dev and brand services funnels.
- Build retargeting flows for abandoned inquiries, trials, or carts.
- Partner with Paid Media/Web for aligned remarketing and attribution.
- Track Fran Dev inquiry → call booked, trial → paid, and retail campaign ROI.
BOD App Lifecycle Automations
- Manage BOD app nurture flows that convert digital interest into trials and memberships.
- Align BOD automations with BOD promo/release calendars.
- Track conversions from app prospects into Mindbody profiles and memberships.
Attribution, Measurement & BI Partnership
- Own dashboards for Fran Dev and cross-brand revenue funnels.
- Enforce UTM governance across HubSpot + LoopSpark.
- Partner with BI to validate funnel integrity and CRM reporting accuracy.
Franchisee + National Enablement
- Provide gyms with CRM templates and playbooks for service campaigns.
- Equip Sales/Ops with Fran Dev nurture collateral and best practices.
- Conduct CRM training to ensure consistent execution across network.
- Act as SME for HubSpot and LoopSpark multi-brand campaigns; lead onboarding and continuing education training for HQ, Fran Dev, and franchise partners.
Platform & Vendor Management
- Manage HubSpot (Fran Dev) and LoopSpark (Burn Brands) daily operations.
- Partner with vendors for feature requests, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and SMS/email opt-in requirements.

- Fran Dev Lead Quality (% advancing to Discovery Call/FDD)
- Fran Dev Conversion Rate (% inquiries → signed agreements)
- Fran Dev Funnel Velocity (avg. days inquiry → agreement)
- Nutrition Trial → Subscription Conversion & Churn %
- Burn On Demand Trial → Paid Conversion & Reactivation Rate
- Activewear Campaign ROI (incremental revenue via CRM)
- Podcast Engagement Growth (subscriber and listenership lift)
- Cross-Brand Revenue Contribution (CRM-attributed lift across services)
- Engagement Metrics (deliverability, open %, CTR, engagement)
Qualifications
- 3-5 years CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, with required franchise development growth experience in performance marketing.
- Performance mindset: demonstrable experience turning analytics into content decisions and rapid iteration.
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM and lead scoring/nurture design.
- Experience scaling multi-brand lifecycle campaigns (Nutrition, subscription services, retail/e-comm, or fitness brands). LoopSpark CRM a bonus, not required.
- Proven results improving Fran Dev funnel velocity (inquiry → conversion).
- Strong attribution, UTM governance, and data hygiene experience.
- Excellent cross-functional skills; ability to partner with IT, Sales, Ops, Paid Media, and BI teams.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (DOMO, Google Analytics, Looker Studio,

- Fitness, or multi-location business experience a plus.
