Reporting to the VP of Brand & Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping how UFS positions, launches, and drives adoption of our products and services across business lines. This role will craft clear, differentiated messaging that communicates the value of UFS solutions to community banks, develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and equip the Sales team with the tools and insights needed to win in the market.
As a bridge between Product, Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Marketing, this individual will translate technical capabilities into client-centered outcomes, create impactful content and collateral, and ensure alignment between market needs, messaging, and execution. The Product Marketing Manager will also support demand generation initiatives and lead sales enablement efforts that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Solution Positioning & Messaging
- Develop compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning for each UFS business line and solution area.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, client-centered value propositions that inspire confidence and drive engagement.
- Partner with Product and GTM teams to ensure alignment between solution messaging, buyer needs, and industry trends.
- Maintain consistency and clarity across all internal and external communications, ensuring a unified UFS voice in the market.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Design and execute GTM strategies for new products, feature launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Relationship Management, and Marketing to define ideal client profiles and develop materials tailored to those audiences.
- Align launch activities with brand, sales, and product goals to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Define key success metrics for GTM initiatives, measure performance, and continuously optimize based on results.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and deliver sales enablement tools, training, and resources—including presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and competitive analyses—to equip the GTM team for success.
- Partner closely with GTM leadership to align messaging and materials with market opportunities and pipeline priorities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for product positioning in webinars, conferences, and client discussions.
- Gather feedback from the GTM team to refine messaging and support ongoing improvements to positioning and enablement materials.
Solution Content Development & Packaging
- Own the creation of engaging, high-value marketing and sales assets, such as:
- Case studies, blogs, and white papers
- Sales decks, infographics, and campaign visuals
- Web, email, and social content that supports demand generation and client retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to define solution bundles, pricing narratives, and value frameworks.
- Maintain and evolve the UFS Resource Center as a hub for thought leadership and educational content.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, client demand signals, and competitor positioning within financial technology and community banking.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and market insights that inform messaging, GTM strategy, and product roadmap decisions.
- Conduct competitive analyses to uncover UFS differentiation opportunities and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Share findings and recommendations to strengthen product and marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Product, Relationship Management, and Sales to ensure consistent strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Participate in product planning discussions to represent market and client perspectives.
- Support the broader Marketing team in developing product-focused campaigns, ensuring alignment across channels and initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for GTM, sales enablement, and product marketing programs.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign execution.
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into program effectiveness, client engagement, and market impact.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing, preferably in technology or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in developing messaging, GTM plans, and enablement materials that drive sales impact.
- Experience supporting GTM teams in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
